BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

 

In order to become a GRILLICIOUS Franchised Partner, you need to meet some basic requirements.

  • GRILLICIOUS is a registered copyright and trademark, which will be used as the Restaurant name.
  • We require a prime location space with ample parking.
  • The restaurant area required is min 1500 square feet of usable (carpet) area. Additional area for storage and staff facilities may be required.
  • A minimum of 40 kilowatts of electric required.
  • Provision for 5000 liters water storage capacity for the kitchen and 1000 liters for toilets.
  • Provision for locating an external Gas Bank with a 4 cylinder capacity.

In order to become a JIFFY Franchised Partner, you need to meet some basic requirements.

  • “JIFFY by Grillicious” is a registered copyright and trademark, which will be used as the Restaurant name.
  • We require a prime location with ample parking space.
  • The restaurant area required is min 300 square feet of usable (carpet) area. Additional area for storage and staff facilities may be required.
  • A minimum of 10 kilowatts of electric required.
  • Provision for 1000 liters water storage capacity for the kitchen.
  • Provision for locating an external Gas Bank with a 2 cylinder capacity.
  • Main Road Frontage of min 12ft wide and provision of installing a Signage with prime visibility.

These Personnel Come With Years Of Experience And Understand The Quality Requirements Of GRILLICIOUS. They, In Turn, Will Help Set Standards And Train The Rest Of The Locally Recruited Team Mates.

Training of Staff

Besides The Ongoing Training Our Experienced Personnel Will Provide Off Site, GRILLICIOUS Will Also Be Training Key Personnel Hired By The Franchised Partner. There Shall Be Continuous Training & Skills Upgradation Program For All Our Franchised Partners To Learn Best Practices And Gain Newer Skills.

Raw Materials

  1. The Most Important Standard To Adhere By Is Food Quality. Our Executive Chef And Franchise Manager Will Visit Each Franchised Partner And Help Them Source Raw Materials That Will Make Sure There Is Consistency In Food Taste While Making Sure That The Food Cost Stays Low.
  2. Many Key Ingredients (List Updated From Time To Time) Shall Be Provided By The GRILLICIOUS Central Kitchen As This Helps To Maintain The Quality Standards, Reduce Franchised Partners Key Personnel Cost; And Keep Initial Infrastructure Cost Low.

GRILLICIOUS Corporate Team Shall Provide All Franchised Partners A Document With All Standard Operation Procedures As Well As Sourcing Lists Required To Start & Seamlessly Operate A GRILLICIOUS / JIFFY Franchised Restaurant.
