BASIC REQUIREMENTS

In order to become a Grillicious Franchise Partner, you need to meet some basic requirements.

  1. Grillicious is a registered copyright and trademark, which will be used as the Restaurant name.
  2. We require a prime location with parking space. The seating capacity should be a 110 plus. The restaurant areas required is min 1500 square feet of usable (carpet) area. Area for additional storage and staff is required.
  3. A minimum of 40 kilowatt of electric required.
  4. Provision for 5000 liters water storage capacity for the kitchen and 1000 liters for toilets.
  5. Provision for locating an external Gas Bank with a 4 cylinder capacity.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Our team at Grillicious has identified an architect who has the experience and skills required to design a Grillicious Restaurant utilizing every square foot in the most efficient manner.

Our Franchised partners become hassle free as the kitchen planning and designing is taken care by the expert team identified by Grillicious keeping in mind the complexity of operations and operational efficiency.

Grillicious Provides key personnel who are trained by the Grillicious Corporate Team to all Franchise Partners for Kitchen (3-4) and Service (3-4) at the cost of the Franchised Partners. These personnel come with years of experience and understand the quality requirements of Grillicious. They in turn will help set standards in the franchise and help train the rest of the locally recruited team mates.

a. Besides the ongoing training our experienced personnel will provide off site.

b. Grillicious will also be able to train key personnel hired by the Franchise Partner. There shall be continuous training & Skills upgradation program for our Franchised Partners to send their nominated personnel to train with our flagship restaurants and learn best practices and gain new skills.

a. The most important standard to adhere by being food quality. Our Executive Chef and Franchise Manager will visit each Franchised Partner and help them source raw materials that will make sure there is consistency in food taste while making sure that the food cost stays low.

b. Many key ingredients (list updated from time to time) shall be provided by the Grillicious Central Kitchen as this helps to maintain the quality standards, reduce Franchised Partners Key personnel cost, and control initial infrastructure cost.

Grillicious Corporate team shall provide all Franchised Partners a document with all Standard Operation Procedures as well as sourcing lists required to start & seamlessly operate a Grillicious Restaurant.
